After a year and a half as house orchestra at Victoria Nasjonal Jazzscene in Oslo, OJKOS celebrated on 24.01.20 with a concert showcasing all 14 artists in the ensemble! For this special concert each individual was commissioned to compose a piece featuring another member of the ensemble; in other words, this program presents every member of OJKOS both as a performer and a composer. Although the orchestra represents a variety of personal and musical expressions, OJKOS always maintains a uniform sound at their concerts regardless whether the music is melodic, free, bombastic, or intimate.
